Steven Hunt is a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor who became a multi-millionaire in his 20s. Steven always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur/Investor, however, he got his start in business through Corporate America, specifically working in Staffing, Software Sales, and Medical Sales. During these 5 years, Steven identified the power of exponential learning and how to maximize his growth in his sales roles.

What that looked like was reading roughly 52 books a year, while taking 7-8 college classes at ASU and working in corporate sales 50-60 hours a week. Steven would take all of his learnings from books/school and directly apply them to his sales roles immediately, expediting his learning curve and making him a top-performing sales representative.

This led to him creating big deals early on, such as creating a contract with NASA, with this deal being the first non-government-funded agency to partner with NASA which is still in place today.

Steven then found a passion for leadership and organizational development. This is where Steven, at the age of 24, began doing sales training and developed/ implemented a new sales program for a publicly traded billion-dollar software company that is still utilized today. Moving forward Steven moved into medical sales where he was a consistent top performer, but began to lose interest in developing other organizations, and decided it was time to make a jump into entrepreneurship and his own business.

Steven began his entrepreneurial journey in Real Estate and purchased his first investment property in March of 2022. He did this by taking advantage of the prior knowledge he gained in Corporate America/ B2B sales and carved out his niche in the Real Estate acquisition space. His B2B method was to take all of the ways you can transact real estate (Cash, SubTo, Seller Finance, etc..) productize them, and sell them as a service to other businesses. This led to a free lead generation method that resulted in a 90% close rate for all of the leads being referred to Steven’s business.

In his first year of real estate, Steven did over 25 transactions, produced over $1 Million in revenue, 7+ Million dollars in holdings, and 3 Million dollars in net worth gained.

As Steven continued to keep his B2B model alive, he was running into common pain points with other investors on “What to do with your properties once you acquire them.” So he made the jump to start HABU Property Management in March of 2023. HABU stands for “Highest and Best Use” where we get to act as consultants to investors to define the best use for their rental property, whether that is Long Term, Short Term, Mid Term Rentals, and Shared Living. In his first 9 months with the Property Management Business, he has scaled it to over 80 properties under management. That business is on track to have over 100 properties under management within its first year of operating.
