Can something as simple as breathing create healing in the body? The answer is YES! On this episode of Unusual Changemaker's, we talk with Nicole Rager, Transformational Breath Practitioner.

Breathwork is a self-healing modality that has been endorsed by such integrative medicine experts such as Deepak Chopra MD and Christiane Northrup MD. Nicole was first introduced to Breathwork as a healing modality in 2012 after a heart-wrenching break-up. Once she experienced the powerful physical, emotional and mental transformations that occurred first-hand, she decided to take the year-long training to become a facilitator of this amazing modality to help others transform.

She has "breathed' thousands of people throughout her career and was instrumental in creating the Breathwork Program at Rhythmia in Costa Rica as the Program's Director.  Nicole now travels around the world teaching and facilitating Transformational Breath Workshops.
