She explains what they are, why you shouldn't try to fix all your problems with medication and embracing intrusive thoughts to get to the root cause of the problem.  Plus, Brian opens up about the stroke-like symptoms he went through that had him feeling like a prisoner in his own body and re-learning how to walk and talk again.

Sharna is back from Australia and talking about her time down under, including her experience traveling on a 16-hour flight with a toddler, reconnecting with family and revealing that going back home really made her long for the Aussie lifestyle she grew up with and wishes she could raise Zane there. That leads to the trio discussing how some partners might take those words personally and feel insufficient. Randy has a great perspective on pausing to listen to your partner and suspending personalization. Randy and Brian are back with singer, actress, and now author Lucy Walsh!  Lucy opens up about her past, including the struggles of growing up with her famous father, Eagles singer Joe Walsh, finding herself after enduring a decades-long abusive relationship and the trio talks about the signs of a narcissist to look out for.  Plus, Lucy discusses how her grandparents' love story and reconnecting with familial roots inspired her new book, "Remember Me As Human," which is out March 12th!
