Today our Featured Guest is Grant Kemp.  Grant is a real estate investor in the Dallas Texas area who focused on a sliver of the real estate market, that most real estate investors weren’t paying attention to.  He put all of his focus and energy on solving real estate problems by using Seller Finance strategies to buy and sell houses.  One of the things to becoming a really good investor is to be well rounded on strategies and solutions to solve house problems.  So when you are talking with sellers, you can quickly determine which bucket that property fits in, and close the deal.
