If you’re like most people, you begin each year by setting resolutions to break bad habits, or by setting goals that you’d like to reach by the end of the year or quarter. Instead of setting the same tired, lackluster goals you always do, what would happen if instead, you set your sites on that one, big impossible goal you’ve been kicking around for while?   What happens when you think of that big scary goal you’ve been afraid to go after?
