The first step is to get a process up and automate it. You should make sure that it happens.

The next step is to make it a reality and get it up and running with a limited set of outcomes.

Then we recur it. The process needs to repeat when you're asleep. Leverage the asset.

And finally, we need to make it better.

The most important aspect, however, is your role. Your role is the key driver to getting 7-figures and staying in there. It would be around the systemizing of the processes, the systems, the automation of the recruitment business and your role.

So it's not a case of doing dozens of activities or strategies. It's systematized and automated.
