Plank - Top of a Push-up then Belly
3X Cobra with Hands Lifted
Down Dog
Vira II - Warrior II then Interlace Fingers and Fold Fwd
(Then you are going to reverse it from fwd bend to warrior II)
Prasarita Padottonasana - Fwd Bend with Wide Stance
