The National HVACR Education Conference is typically a place for educators to gather to unite for the good of community and education. This year the conference had a fresh new aroma...the flavor of competitors joining forces to embrace a new era of education. Manufacturers that typically compete for sales showed up in groves to embrace change, encourage each other, and even share the stage to promote unity.
