Al Capone was one of the most notorious gangsters of all time. During Prohibition, he lived the fast life, rolled in money, and committed crime after crime he thought he’d get away with. Prohibition had opened up vast new opportunities for Chicago criminals and Capone took full advantage of them, controlling illicit stills, organizing liquor distribution, and bribing police and politicians.
