Our 20's can be a super confusing and frustrating time. It's no wonder that 80% of us go through a quarter life crisis where we're trying to make sense of things. Where are we going? Are we moving fast enough? Which path is the "right" path? Am I making the "right" decisions to get to where I want/should be at in 5, 10 years?

Projection happens when you least expect it, but it can feel just as painful as the actual event happening to you. The scenarios can be hard to detect, and often times make more sense after it has happened, but when you do the inner work, you can learn to distinguish what is truly bothering you or the other person.
