Catt + Greg: An Honest Relationship Review

At 48-years-old, Catt was looking in the mirror and frustrated by her changing face. She looked tired and sad and quite different than how she felt on the inside. So she did something about it. In her quest to continue the many conversations related to mid-life and aging, she documented her experience. After a huge swell of public interest, she has been discussing the surgery itself, and the healing process that has followed.
 
Today we get an update one year later. What would she do differently? Does she have any regrets? How is the scarring? Oh – and she also address the haters. The judgement. The criticism she received for her decision to go under the knife and tell the truth about it (unlike the many public figures who claim they’re getting more sleep or had an extended vacation LBH).

How I Feel About My Facelift One Year Later

Quite courageously, Trudy Montoya comes on the show to share her personal story of building a family for decades only for it to come crashing down when she was only a shell of former herself. After finally choosing to walk away from her marriage, and ultimately choose her own happiness, she reveals what it is like out in the dating world at 52-years-young, how the apps are flat-out wild, how most men are non-committal, and how navigating this new lease on life has its challenges but certainly tons of rewards as well.
