This is the second part of David and Joe's chat with former Soccer AM presenter John Fendley 'Fenners'.  The ep starts off more football heavy and Fenners tells them what it was like working on Soccer AM with Jimmy Bullard. David continues with his quick fire questions starting with 'the footballer that surprised you most at how good they were' ?  Then they get derailed when John tries to sell them an iphone 12 case for £10 including delivery. They decide Fenners would make a great sales man for their new podcast Bootsale Bobby. After showing them Pele's signed football shirt John opens his special autograph folder to show David & Joe but can't remember which footballers signatures they are. This sparks an idea for another new podcast.

Comedians Joe Wilkinson & David Earl chat utter drivel to each other 3 days a week. They natter to celebrities and deep dive into guests with interesting lives (as theirs is so boring). Occasionally they plan a surprise for each other to pep it up a bit. David loves hearing about behind the scenes stuff from TV shows and writing jingles. Joe likes adventuring and is obsessed with the podcast charts. Sometimes they'll embark on a day out podding together just so they can get out of the house. It's a brilliantly chaotic podcast which occasionally covers regular topics like TV Reviews, Snooker, Canal boating and Music.

Comedy

David and Joe text their old friend and Chatabiscuit Jamie Demetriou to find out what it’s like working with big Hollywood stars. While they wait for his reply, they do a de-brief on Joe’s recent Instagram Live experience. And very quickly descend into a good half hour or so of self-loathing and embarrassment about showing off. It’s Chatabix business as usual - enjoy!

After a quick chat about T-shirts, body confidence and weight loss frustrations, David and Joe come up with an idea for a geriatric version of the pod - Chatatxix +30. They want to find two willing (but not too showy) 80 year olds to be the hosts, so put a call-out to the Patrons for some help. Expectation warning: it’s yet another new pod idea that will probably never see the light of day. After all that, they then attempt to do an Instagram Live, live on the podcast - and even manage to get Rob Beckett to join them. Somewhat predictably, it’s bloody chaos!

With a flat tyre and the school run to do, it’s a hectic morning for David. But once that’s all sorted, he finally joins Joe to record the pod and give Petra her leaving present. It’s a very heartfelt thank you for all her hard work producing the show over the past few years.
