邊聽邊學 千島骨 排骨(金沙骨)1磅切段約1吋半長,醃料:鹽1茶匙,白胡椒粉半茶匙,糖半茶匙,米酒兩湯匙,麻油1茶匙,鬆肉粉1茶匙,水四分一杯,栗粉4湯匙。 兩粒蒜切蒜片,千島醬5湯匙。 做法:用醃料醃排骨約一小時,然後放入280 - 300度華氏滾油炸約十二分鐘至金黃色。蒜片起鑊,放入千島醬及排骨炒勻,完成。
