Rosie McMahan currently works at MASS Mentoring Partnership as the Training & Special Projects Manager and owns & operates Optimistic Options, a private practice rooted in trauma informed care and restorative justice principles. Her book, Fortunate Daughter, A Memoir of Reconciliation was published in 2021 and was awarded first place in the Chanticleer International Book Awards in 2023.
