If your are able, close your eyes. Place one hand on your Heart, one hand on your Throat. While connecting with the Earth and your body, breathe into the Third Eye. 

Once you slow down your body,you begin to slow down your mind.

Open yourself up to gentle insight.  Breathe light into areas of your body in need of healing.  Quiet the mind in order to receive new insights on ways to invite practical love into your life.If emotions arise, although them to surface. There is a lot of water in the heavens on this particular Full Moon.  “Allow your heart to break open”, Renee Sills of Embodied Astrology said this to me earlier this week.  We gathered in conversation for the Taurus Full Moon.
