Plus, they break down the bizarre Piers Morgan / Ed Sheeran drama before the conversation turns toward American politics, money, institutional trust and why staying optimistic still matters even when confidence in the system is wearing thin.

Brendan Schaub and Bryan Callen react to Macklemore being removed from Ed Sheeran’s tour following his “Free Palestine” statement during a stadium performance.

The Fighter and The Kid debate whether Macklemore hijacked Ed Sheeran’s platform, why Robert Kraft and other stadium owners reportedly objected to his involvement, and whether Ed was unfairly forced into an impossible political and financial decision. They also discuss the workers, performers and fans affected when one guest turns an enormous concert tour into a political controversy.

Before that, Brendan shares an unbelievably awkward story about a high-end steakhouse refusing to serve his dinner guest a well-done filet. The guys revisit the classic TFATK “Surf and Turf” confrontation, discuss their old studio days, praise All the Smoke and Bussin’ With the Boys, and react to the heartbreaking story of NFL legend Joe Thomas realizing the Cleveland Browns would never win.
