The group run by Roy Demeo and Nino Gaggi killed dozens and possibly hundreds of people by various methods but ultimately through a process they used in the Gemini Lounge. Eventually though through paranoia and deceitful behavior the world came crashing down. Joe was involved in some of the biggest construction projects in the city and in turn dealt with the Gambino Crime Family who held control of Local 282 for years.
