Duncan, who is retiring at the end of this term, is also the chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s energy, climate, and grid security subcommittee. They discuss the Republican criticisms of the pause, his retirement, and the larger exodus of GOP members from the influential House Energy and Commerce Committee.
