94 - The Kindness Habit With Allison Clarke, CSP

"The person that talks and has no deeds...is like a garden full of weeds." - Unknown What's it cost to be kind?  NOT A DAMN THING!  So...if it's free why aren't more people practicing kindness?  That's the kind of question that is best left up to asking Mr. Owl (of Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop fame) but this week we do talk about the kindness habit with my good friend and fellow cowbell enthusiast, Allison Clarke, CSP.
