25 years ago, Molly Shannon brought her beloved Saturday Night Live character to the big screen with a hilarious coming-of-age film filled with actors in their 30s playing high schoolers, an abundance of references to old made-for-TV movies, Will Ferrell as Jesus, multiple scenes of a girl making out with a tree, and sketch comedy legends doing what they do best to give us SUPERSTAR.
