And whats even scarier then that is, when a real person wears a mask to commit heinous crimes, on an island, where no one can escape. Edward Paisnel, wa a sadistic person…and he wreaked havoc on the Channel Island of Jersey, an archipelago in the English Channel, off the French Coast of Normandy. From 1957 to 1971, he committed a series of crimes, each time wearing a homemade mask and wig.
