On the morning of August 7, 1994, it began to rain in the small town of Oakville, Washington. But instead of raining water, a thick clear goo seemed to be falling from the clouds above. Over the next 3 weeks, the goo would fall a total of 6 times and cover an area of 20 square miles. Those who came into contact with the goo would eventually become ill, with some even being hospitalized with complications such as kidney failure. What were the Oakville Blobs? Why does it seem that the Washington state government is trying to cover the incident up? Join us as we try to get to the bottom of “The Oakville Blobs Incident”.
