The #SistersInLaw get together for an emergency session to discuss the leak that Roe V. Wade will get overturned by the Supreme Court.  During it, they look at the role of stare decisis, and lay out the dangers of textualism and the extremism of the court’s conservative justices.  The ruling will be a giant step back for our rights and the Constitution, but as a silver lining, could it change the game going into the midterms?
