In this week’s episode, Merritt starts off with a few *very* personal updates… TMI, in fact. She also gives a more thorough review of Squid Game, the Korean horror show on Netflix she’s been watching, as well as the Gwen Shamblin docuseries, The Way Down, on HBOMAX. Additionally, she talks Kate Middleton’s recent fashion moments and her favorite collections from fashion month before diving into the main topic of the week. Merritt’s been in a rut with just about everything in the last year and a half! She discusses what those ruts are and how she’s trying to dig her way out of them, from diet and fitness to dating and work. Hopefully there are some helpful takeaways in there…! To end the episode, Merritt answers listener questions on engagement photos and creating a wardrobe based on color analysis!
