Played By Joe Pesci in the film Goodfellas, Tommy was born into the Mafia and as a young kid befriended Jimmy Burke. He would commit many murders, make a ton of money and make a lot of enemies. Joe was involved in some of the biggest construction projects in the city and in turn dealt with the Gambino Crime Family who held control of Local 282 for years.
