Hi, I’m Davinia Taylor and this is my new podcast ‘Hack Your Health’, a show that will educate and empower you to lead a healthier and happier life.
14 years ago I couldn't stop drinking wine, the doctors put me on antidepressants, I couldn’t control my weight, I kept yo-yo dieting and eating fast food, bread, pasta, ANYTHING to give me comfort. Today, at 45 I’m running marathons and in the best shape of my life. So what changed?&nbsp;

Dr Tam is an adventurist, motivator and educator. She is trained in Psychiatry and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists whilst being the CEO and co-founder of her own wellness organisation Wellgevity. After contracting Covid-19 early in the pandemic, Dr Tam experienced long covid, something she is still suffering with to this day.
