Did your migraines start happening years ago or have you had  them most of your life?  If they started in the last 5 years they may be coming from muscle problems.  Do you know what is causing them?  Is your migraines caused by a past whiplash or from your TMJ jaw problem?  I see 2 frequent kinds of migraines in my practice that can be drastically reduced by getting at the problem,  tight spasmed muscles inside and outside the Jaw and front of neck.  Trigger point therapy and massage are effective ways to decrease the severe spasms in the jaw area and front of neck to permanently address your migraine pain.
