Mike Shaw is former freestyle skier and coach. Mike was living the dream making his living from his passion of skiing. But that all changed one day when the unthinkable happened, and Mike broke his neck after going off a jump. His accident and recovery were covered in the Red Bull Documentary “The Healing Agent.” It’s a powerful film, and gives you a sense of the relentlessness and courage Mike has. Mike went up against all odds and came out on top. He’s turned his tragedy into something positive, and is now a motivational speaker and also started his own company to help athletes succeed and push forward while helping eliminate the possibility of major injuries like Mike suffered.
