July 20, 2020: 23 year old Zachariah Juwaun Shorty went missing from a motel room at the Journey Inn, located at 317 N. Airport Drive in Farmington, New Mexico.  According to Zach’s mother, there were four individuals staying there in addition to her son.  This was two men and two women.  The room number was 129. The F.B.I. has announced an $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible.  If you have any information regarding the still unsolved murder of Zachariah Juwaun Shorty please contact the F.B.I. at 1-505-889-1300 OR [email protected] AND Farmington Police Department 1-505-599-1053.

Unsolved Mystery of McCoy  ////// 846

68 year old Terry Lee McCoy lived alone in a nice ranch style home on 38 acres of land. Few several months he had been working to sell the home and property to downsize but mysteriously he vanished. At his home there were obvious signs of foul play. Terry didn’t just disappear he was murdered and likely by someone who knew him. His body was found 19 days later. There are several “Persons of Interest” in this still unsolved homicide case. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension tip line 1-877-996-6222. You may be eligible for a reward.

Starting in the 80s and then continuing for two decades, Toledo and northwest Ohio was experiencing an increase in violent crimes. Horrifically, abduction, murder, and rape were on the rise. Some of these cases remain open to this very day. Murder was difficult to investigate. Some cases were traditional homicides - person kills someone they know for reasons specific to their relationship. Others were more random. There were cases that were closed out with someone being held accountable for their actions and then there are cases that have fallen by the wayside. These cases have gone cold. February 28, 2025 - a simple welfare check was requested by multiple persons at a residence in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Deputies were sent to the home to check on a family of three.  No one answered the door.  Soon the officers would have to force their way into the home.  What they discovered there quickly made a simple check a very complex homicide investigation.  The Waukesha Sheriff’s Office filed and executed multiple search warrants, and shortly after a nationwide manhunt was underway.  Nikita Casap, killed his parents and that was just the start of it.
