I'm thrilled to share a brief yet impactful episode with you today. The topic we'll delve into is the experience of receiving a compliment. While receiving praise might seem incredible on the surface, there could be an interesting, unintended side effect of that compliment that can possibly hinder you from being your true self. I'm not referring to compliments with hidden insults; I mean genuine, sincere compliments.
