She explains what they are, why you shouldn't try to fix all your problems with medication and embracing intrusive thoughts to get to the root cause of the problem.  Plus, Brian opens up about the stroke-like symptoms he went through that had him feeling like a prisoner in his own body and re-learning how to walk and talk again.

Sharna is back from Australia and talking about her time down under, including her experience traveling on a 16-hour flight with a toddler, reconnecting with family and revealing that going back home really made her long for the Aussie lifestyle she grew up with and wishes she could raise Zane there. Randy has a great perspective on pausing to listen to your partner and suspending personalization.
