Symptoms include vaginal dryness, loss of lubrication, burning, pain, irritation, fissuring in the vulva, pain or bleeding during sex, painful urination, recurrent urinary tract infections, bladder urgency, stress incontinence, loss of libido, arousal, or orgasm, and vaginal wall prolapse.

Taking Charge of Vaginal Health:

- Fariba provides important recommendations for self-care, including avoiding harmful practices like wearing G-strings and polyester pants. - Chemical exposure reduction and adopting a healthy diet are also key factors in maintaining vaginal health. - Proper use of antibiotics and the significance of probiotics for a balanced vaginal microbiome are highlighted.

PRP in Gynaecology
