Hello my soul family! Welcome to episode #121! How To Heal Yourself   Start working on making small changes in your life. Don’t try to do it all at once. Healing takes time. Start taking responsibility for what is manifesting in your life. Allow yourself to feel your hurt. Let go of toxic relationships. Surround yourself with people who support you. Work with a coach, healer or mentor to help guide you and give you new perspective. Take time to get to know yourself by asking the question “Who am I?” Practice forgiveness toward yourself and others who have hurt you. Practice healing your inner child.   My healing journey has definitely been very intense at times. There has been great moments of despair, surrender, frustration and sadness. As tears would be rolling down my face, I would say to myself “just breathe through it Jake, you’ll be alright” Those moments felt like an eternity. One thing that I would liked to of had more of throughout my journey was a community of conscious people. A safe place where I could express myself. People that understood me. People that could support me and also I could give support to. I truly believe having a council of people you feel aligned with can make the world of difference in your healing.
