Did you wake up this morning at the first ring of your alarm? Drink a nice warm glass of lemon water? Sit in meditation? Write in your journal? Make a delicious breakfast filled with healthy ingredients? And make it out of the house with enough time to get to work without feeling rushed?

Neither did we. But we’d like to!
