During one of the greatest pain points in my life, there was a time when I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. I hated what I saw and I hated what I became. It definitely took a toll on me mentally. But if I had let myself sulk, what good would that have done for me? So I took action and was motivated by the fact that I was not going to let this pain win.

I'm sure you've done a bunch of readings on the best ways to communicate in business. I've put multiple lessons that touch one the same ideas: focus on your body language, make sure you're using proper tonality, etc. These are important and need to be strategized before you begin using them in the field but there's something even more vital towards your communication, the words.
