Joe is off an adventure and zoom's David to show him where he is. It takes David a while to cotton on to where Joe is and what he is doing there.  He's in the west country and near what looks like a big mass of water that isn't the sea. David thinks he can see canoe's in the background but Joe points out some waves and a wave making machine. After revealing where he is, Joe changes into what can only be described as a gimp suit. Joe is taken off by an instructor for a lesson while David watches on providing commentary on Joe's progress.  It's cold, it's wet, it's exhausting but Joe's emerges from the water happy as larry, triumphantly punching the air, mid life crisis in full swing !

Comedians Joe Wilkinson & David Earl chat utter drivel to each other 3 days a week. They natter to celebrities and deep dive into guests with interesting lives (as theirs is so boring). Occasionally they plan a surprise for each other to pep it up a bit. David loves hearing about behind the scenes stuff from TV shows and writing jingles. Joe likes adventuring and is obsessed with the podcast charts. Sometimes they'll embark on a day out podding together just so they can get out of the house. It's a brilliantly chaotic podcast which occasionally covers regular topics like TV Reviews, Snooker, Canal boating and Music.

After the success of their recent heads or tails competition, David and Joe have struck upon what they hope will a great new game for the pod. It’s a fantasy snooker tournament where the winner of each frame is decided by the toss of a coin. With a flat tyre and the school run to do, it’s a hectic morning for David. But once that’s all sorted, he finally joins Joe to record the pod and give Petra her leaving present. Joe and David chat to a lovely police officer called James who is based in a police station in London's east end. The lads absolutely loved chatting to James but quickly realise they don’t really know what a police officer is or does. Luckily James puts them straight and they chat about dealing with members of the public, police stakeouts, bringing down drug gangs and getting interrupted when you’re trying to buy your lunch in Sainsburys.
