It happened again.  Someone came up to you when you didn’t have your therapist hat (or business hat) on and asked for advice and about possible services.  You then proceed to have this out of body experience and are watching yourself fumble through your conversation with them.  In this episode I share one of my tricks on preventing the dreaded tongue tie and panic during those moments.
