On today's episode of the Queen of Pep Talks podcast, I'm sharing with you my journey to losing over 100 pounds, again. Less than a year after achieving my weight loss goal, I found myself back at 280 pounds. To say I was disappointed in myself is an understatement. Although I was successful in losing the weight again, I continued to struggle with creating the balance I was so desperately seeking. Living in an all or nothing mindset, losing and gaining the same pounds over and over, led me to a really low place. What would be the breaking point that changed everything?
