    Today we are discussing one of the most toxic relationships in everyone’s lives, sugar! I will be breaking down the 5 simple steps it takes to break up with sugar, and explain why living without sugar is the key to a better life.

    In our modern-day society, sugar is almost unavoidable and indistinguishable, most of the time you don’t even know you are consuming it. Almost 75% of the food in the grocery store has added sweetener, and yet we continue to put these chemicals into our bodies and end up feeling terrible. The World Health Organization stated in 2015 that sugars should take up 5% of our diet. However, this is not the case for many people, and your health is suffering because of it! If you are thinking about breaking up with sugar than this episode is for you.

    By replacing sugar with a positive lifestyle, and learning to love ourselves enough to break the habit, we can see an increase in our mood, energy, stamina and overall quality of life.
