EPISODE 7: What You Call Clarity Is Just a Delay Pattern

I want to talk about why highly intelligent women stay stuck in ‘figuring it out.’

Let me tell you a story.

There was a time in my life when I was so “smart,” I out-thought every decision I ever wanted to make. I was sitting in meetings, closing deals, supporting others through their breakthroughs… but I was fragmented. Inside, I was still waiting for some big cosmic sign to tell me it was safe to leap into my own next level.

You know what I did instead? I made spreadsheets. I bought more courses. I journaled “on it.” I even made a pros-and-cons list that I never looked at again.

Because deep down, I wasn’t looking for clarity. I was looking for guarantees.

But that’s not how power works. Clarity is not a finish line you cross when everything feels safe and predictable. Clarity is a frequency you decide to embody.

Highly intelligent women get caught in a specific flavor of sabotage: strategic overthinking.

And the world applauds it. They say:

  •  You’re being responsible.
  • You’re being thorough.
  • You’re being smart.
  • No, you’re being stuck. You’re being scared. You’re negotiating with your old self for permission to become your future self.

Let me be blunt: if you’re still “figuring it out,” you’re still trying to protect the identity you know is about to die. And that version of you? She’s clinging to control, not clarity.

Clarity is often a code word for “I don’t feel safe to move.”

There’s a moment every powerful woman hits - when the vision she holds in her soul starts to outrun the safety systems of her nervous system.

I hit that moment when I left a very long narcissistic relationship. I was done with surviving. I had built something out of nothing, scraped myself together from trauma and chaos, and yet…I was still addicted to knowing everything before I moved.

I’d ask for signs from the Universe, but reject them if they didn’t look like the plan I already had. I’d meditate, pull cards, light candles, but secretly hope the message was “stay where it’s safe.”

But truth? Truth doesn’t always feel safe. Truth feels like fire. It feels like the death of who you’ve been. It feels like walking into the unknown without your armor and still choosing to lead.

When you say you need more clarity, what you often mean is: “I don’t feel safe enough to trust what I already know.”

And that’s valid. But it’s not power.

Spiritual growth isn’t about feeling good all the time. It’s about feeling everything and still choosing to walk forward.

You came here to lead from your soul. And your soul doesn’t run on logic, it runs on truth. Not the truth that makes sense. The truth that pulls you.

So stop asking your fear if it’s okay to move. Your fear was never meant to hold the compass.

So, how do we make clean decisions without waiting for permission or proof?

Let me take you back to the moment everything changed for me.

I was standing in my tiny condo, staring at my vision board like it was a portal. I had already outgrown the woman who built that life. But I was still performing her.

Still doing things that used to work. Still leading like I had something to prove. Still waiting for someone - anyone - to validate the next step I already knew was mine.

And I heard a whisper in my spirit that dropped me to my knees. It said:

“The proof you’re waiting for is in who you become after the leap, not before.”

I had been asking the Universe for a map. And what I got was a mirror.

The truth is, every decision you’re avoiding right now is tied to a self-image you haven’t updated.

And until you do, you’ll keep dressing up fear as strategy. You’ll call procrastination “processing.” You’ll keep looking for a breakthrough that can only come from burning the version of you who’s addicted to certainty.

So here’s the reframe: you don’t need to figure it out. You need to become the woman who can hold what you already know is meant for you.

This is identity work. Not analytics. Not “alignment in theory.” Not logic (and by the way, I don’t know anyone in the recorded history of humanity who ever succeeded with anything that changed the world by using logic - let’s be honest).

It’s the frequency of “I decide, and therefore it becomes clear.” We have to believe it first, then we see it.

     Let’s talk about the body.

Your mind can lie to you. Your conditioning can manipulate you. But your body? It always knows.

For Manifesting Generators like me - and maybe like you - your power lives in your sacral. That gut pull. That electric yes. That full-bodied no.

And most of us? We’ve been trained to silence it. To override it. To outsource our knowing to people, platforms, and productivity apps. And that’s painful because you’ll be caught up in frustration - it’s paralyzing.

But there comes a moment when you realize that your spreadsheet has never once screamed YES in your body.

Your nervous system doesn’t need another five-year plan. It needs to be spoken to in the language of sensation. The feeling of resonance. The contraction of misalignment. The full-body frequency of “This is mine. This is not.”

This is the kind of recalibration that no business coach, strategy session, or mindset hack can give you.

You have to come back to the body.

The sacral doesn’t negotiate. She doesn’t rationalize. She doesn’t pretend.

    She just knows.

And when you make decisions from that place - from the part of you that isn’t trying to avoid failure or perform success - you collapse timelines.

You move from embodied clarity, not mental chaos.

SEGMENT 5 – The New Standard

So, you decide. Move. Adjust from embodiment, not anxiety.

Let me anchor this in a spiritual truth I live by: your desire is a divine instruction. Not a suggestion.

The clarity you’re waiting for is inside the decision itself.

    • When I stopped asking if I was “ready”…
    • When I stopped needing every detail to feel good in my nervous system…
    • When I stopped pretending I needed more time, I collapsed years of stagnation in a single moment of embodiment.
    • Decide. Move. Adjust later.

You are not here to keep checking in with your fear. You are here to lead your frequency.

Leadership isn’t about being fearless. It’s about moving while your old self begs you to pause.

It’s about building a new reality while your nervous system screams for the one that’s familiar.

So here’s your new standard: you don’t pause to ask if you’re ready. You decide you’re ready, and calibrate to that version of you every damn day.

This is how timelines collapse. This is how empires rise. This is how women like you become the signal, not the seeker.

“You don’t need more information. You need to become the version of you who can hold what you already want.”
