It's Aloha Friday, which means it's time for some Single Tasking.  I'm getting great feedback on these shows, so I'll keep them coming.

Today's show we talk about something that many of us tell ourselves and others, that we are "too busy" when the real question should be, "How am I using my time?"

Speaking from experience, you probably make yourself busier than you really should be which takes away the main focus of life which is living it.
