When you are creating these relationships, it’s important also to make sure that everyone involved benefits through guidance, mentorship, or other needs. It’s always good to always take a step back and review if they are meant to stay for a short while or for a good long one so you know how you will nurture it.

The person doesn’t have to be an expert in his field. Skills can be thought as long as the person you recruit has the perseverance, drive, and motivation. Of course, the best thing that could happen is you get an individual who has the same mindset as you are and has world-class skills.
