Today I'm talking about the impact of menopause on me personally and how it then affects business and life. I'd listened to Davina McCall on Steven Bartlett's podcast and I was impressed by the bravery and the courage that she gave in sharing what menopause had done for her as an upbeat public facing woman. So I was inspired to share some experiences from my world and the steps I've taken to improve circumstances for myself.

75% of women who go through menopause are badly affected by it. If you're a woman, you may need to go and get yourself checked or investigate it. If you are a man, you're going to know someone in your life who's going through it. I want us all to have much happier, easier rides in our life. And the more people who are bringing our attention to something that affects so many people, the better.
