In the winter of 2010, I experienced a shift in life.  

It takes a time of struggle, self reflection, and honesty to create a shift in your own life.  Today I hope I empower to be stronger to take a stand and control your own life.  For you to be stronger and exude strength to the people you come in contact with because strength is contagious.

The stronger you are the stronger the world you live in becomes.
