I am DISRUPTING STIGMA. this podcast is all about living successfully with Mental Illness in this crazy, insane world. I make the distinction that I live successfully with it and do not suffer from it. I mean we all suffer right? But to what degree? We can choose to overcome it or we can wallow in our sad comfortable depression blankets. Either way you'll want to listen.
