We can learn a lot from children, like A LOT, a lot.
In fact, this is why I had 9 year old Ella on the show. This young girl has so much wisdom to share that you just have to listen to. Whether you are a parent, a child, you know a child…I think you know what I am hinting at here, everyone should have a listen.
When Ella said she wanted to be on the podcast, I asked her what 3 things she wanted to talk about, and the 3 topics she wanted to dive into were anxiety, self-care, and grief. She wanted to share her experience with all 3 and gives you her tips and strategies on how she navigates these 3 topics.
She also has some FANTASTIC advice for parents out there on how to support their kiddos too and why it's important for them to have self-care.
YES, I promise you she is only 9 but her advice is so profound and I highly recommend you grab a cup of coffee or take us on your walk with you and you might want to take some notes because this gal knows what is up.
