In today’s episode, I speak with Chetna Bhatt, co-founder and CEO of Being Lawyers. A self-described perfectionist, Chetna worked incredibly long hours, worried habitually, and rarely said “no” to an ever-increasing workload. Living in a state of high-pressure and stress had been her sole reality until things took a turn, and she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Desperate to get better, Chetna tried everything from daily meditation and yoga, to EFT and affirmations, but her health was still lacking. Ultimately, it was a journey of self-learning and an understanding of the mind that led her down the road to true recovery.
Chetna Bhatt is a part-time in house employment lawyer, executive coach, and speaker. As the co-founder and CEO of Being Lawyers, she shares a new understanding of how the mind works with organisations and professionals to help them access elevated levels of wellbeing and potential. Chetna has co-hosted wellbeing conferences with The Law Society and regularly speaks for them. She has spoken at various events including the Women Economic Forum and the UK’s leading Health and Wellbeing@Work Conference.
