There are three items of note.
1) To take hold of the hand in such a case was an offer of aid
2) It is an indication that Peter was sincere
3) Was an inducement to him to make an effort.
Are these three simple things, not being done, not sincerely when done, the reasons why we do not see The Gifts of the Holy Spirit at work, through God’s people, today?!
