In today’s episode, I am chatting with one of the coolest, calmest women I have ever met, Nikisha Patton Handy. A wife, mother, educator & business owner. We’re chatting about her love for education, specifically special education. Nikisha began teaching in 2005 and continued on until 2016 when she decided to become a stay-at-home mom to support her family. Since then, she has become a proud owner of 2 Inspire Peace, where she seeks to inspire peace one classroom at a time. What will you hear? Takeaways: “Darkness is not always bad.” “Once I started to see life in my daughter’s eyes, I knew something had to be done.” “You teach people how to treat you.” “Only give what you are capable and ready to give.” “Don’t be comfortable with being dysfunctional” “We are the curse killers and the legacy builders.” “When we aren’t in the present moment we lose compassion.” “Kids don’t learn from who they don’t like.” Connect with Nikisha Facebook Instagram Shop | https://www.etsy.com/shop/FavorFlowAromatics 2 Inspire Peace https://www.2inspirepeace.com/ Email:
