As the Panthers have opened up 2-0, we hear from Penning about the makeup of the UNI offensive line, his journey to loving football and the food fuel it takes to be an offensive lineman at the D1 level. Also hear from UNI Head Coach Mark Farley about the week two win, 17-10, on the road at St. Thomas. Panthers stay on the road, traveling to Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska to take on the Cornhuskers.
